For the purposes of this Policy, we will act as the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 4, Section 7 of the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 679/2016 (hereinafter the "GDPR"). From time to time, we may update the Policy. In this case, we will also update the "last update" item at the bottom of the Policy Statement and inform you in advance of any changes. In any case, be sure to check this Policy frequently for updates.

WHAT TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT
This Policy will apply whenever you visit our Site and/or use our mobile application, register and open an account to take advantage of the services currently offered by and through us, sports betting, casino, gaming, and/or other software applications.
